After completing her university studies in Liaoning in 2000, Shirley embarked on her professional journey in Xiamen. Her "traversing the country" experiences instilled in her a fearless courage, enabling her to confidently challenge global markets. In her role as the China Regional Head for Australia's Kombat, she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and operations, building an efficient communication network between the Australian headquarters and Chinese factories. This role gave her valuable insights into international market demands and standards, laying the solid foundation for her future venture in custom sportswear.
In 2003, Shirley pioneered the entry into the all-over sublimation printing technology field, becoming one of the industry's early trailblazers. Through her relentless pursuit of craftsmanship, she optimized multiple customization processes, addressing the major pain points of traditional sportswear, such as unstable colors and poor fit. This innovation ensured consistent product quality, reliable delivery, and laid the core technical foundation that would support Aibort’s global expansion.
In 2007, Shirley founded Aibort Clothing with the mission to create exclusive, high-quality sportswear tailored to every customer’s needs.
