Are you a factory or trading company?

Aibort is 17 years manufacturers of premuim teamwear and custom sports uniform.

What is the MOQ for custom?

10 MOQ Prices are based on a sliding quantity scale.

How do I place an order?

Pls send designs in pdf file, pls fill order form, when our sales rep rcvd your orders, we will arrange layout and strike off and pps for your approval.

How many logos and sponsor images can I add?

You can add an unlimited number of logos whether its sponsor, team or any other images you'd like on your teamwear without extra costs. The higher the image quality and format, the better the logo will print.

I'd like to make some changes to the Template design, will I be charged extra?

We allow up to 2 free iterations. Any additional changes may incur fees. Otherwise if we feel your changes are a Full Customs level we will always discuss it before adding charges.

Do you have any samples? I'd like to see some designs, feel the material or check sizes for a good fit?

We'd love to help you out any way we can. for teamwear we have some ready to ship samples so that you check quality, if you have custom designs/sizes/patterns, pls contact our sales rep to arrange samples aibort@aibort.com

What is the expected delivery time for orders?

3-4 weeks for most of teamwear and sports uniform; 4-6 weeks for cut and sew hoodie and tracksuits orders with screen print or embroidery. Urgent orders(3 to 14days) can be negotiated with extra cost.

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver globally, shipping to teams in all the world. Charges will be dependant on the weight and size of the order as well as destination.

Can we order an extra kit for an old purchase?

Absolutely! Let us know the kit and any details and we'll get it to you, for full sublimation products, we will charge as bulk order, for cut and sew, it need be negotiated.

What format is needed for the artwork on garments?

AIBORT is built on perfection. To deliver the highest quality products, it is essential that we receive the correct high quality vectorised artwork in one of the following formats: .ai (Adobe Illustrator): This is a vector based file created in Adobe Illustrator and is the preferred format for all decoration and will produce the highest quality finish .pdf (portable document file): A high resolution PDF file is acceptable as long as the original file was created in Adobe Illustrator

What is a vector file?

Vector graphics use geometric primitives such as points, lines, curves and shapes or polygons which are all based on mathematical equations to represent images in computer graphics. Unlike JPEG, TIFF or PSD files which are made using pixels, a vector image will never lose quality when you change its size or zoom in or out of it. For this reason, we will need your image to be a vector file if we are using your image for the purpose of sublimation and printing as they always produce the best quality finish possible. A setup fee of $50.00 + applies if we need to Vectorise your file for you.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order is a made to order style – sorry, we can't cancel this. We have made this especially for you with your colours and logo’s specific to your team. Please contact us to discuss further.
